Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time for all orders is between 7 and 12 business days , with a standard processing time of 12 to 48 hours . Processing for our custom products may take an additional 2 to 4 business days , which will extend the total delivery time accordingly.

If your order shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Incorrect Order Information / Incorrect Address

You can cancel your order or change your information within 6 hours of purchase. If you accidentally entered an incorrect address or incorrect order details, please contact our customer service team at sac@flitma.com .

Tracking your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Flitma will provide you with a dedicated website where you can track the status of your order.

Taxes

Taxes are included in all prices, so you won't have to pay any additional fees or hidden charges.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Flitma is responsible for exceptional shipping delays or losses in transit and will offer a free return or refund as appropriate.

If your order is not delivered and is being held at a local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier before requesting a return or refund.

If you provided incorrect shipping information and your package is lost or stolen as a result, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

In rare cases where the customer has provided the correct shipping information but the order has not been received, Flitma will offer to send a replacement order free of charge. Please note that we will not ship a third order if the same issue occurs again. Additionally, if the carrier provides proof of delivery and the customer claims the order was not received, the customer will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. In such cases, if Flitma agrees to issue a refund for the product itself, the original and replacement shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
